Linen
In Casa Carisma are provided and included: the bed linen, kitchen linen, bath towels and swimming pool towel Also those ones for our littlest guests. Child bed (till 2 year) can be provided.
Discount
A booking of minimum 14 days offers a discount of 10%. After 1 week, you will be handed fresh bed and kitchen linen, and towels.
Cleaning
Also includes in the price: the cleaning. We only request you will act as a “good house keeper” and leave behind all in good condition.
We just ask you to throw all garbages in the big container on the main road when you leave the house.
Car hire
A car is a “must” – on request we can provide you some good adresses of car rental companies, situated on the airports (Malaga, Seville, Madrid). Caution with luggage: if 4 persons take a big suitcase, the car bag could become to small... Roadmap: for certain you take this with from home. We advice the Green Michelin N°124

Domestic Animals are not allowed.
Housekeeper
Lives in the neighbourhood, you can contact him for every small problem. You will receive his dates together with the route description.
Keys
The housekeeper takes care of it. At the proper time of the booking, you will be fully informed.
Guarantee
Needed to be paid in cash at the housekeeper. It will be refunded when you leave – energy will be deducted of it (see tariffs)

Safety cover swimming pool
This for the safety of our smallest friends ! Take care of it and use it when there little children. Also it helps a lot to keep the heat in the water of the swimming pool during the colder nights in springtime and autumn.
Heating swimming pool
We are using sun collectors. This means we need the sun heat. Practically we have very good results from April till mid November, of course in combination with the safety cover.
Opening time shops
As a rule from 8.30am until 1pm and from 5pm until 8pm
Also open on Saturday – However sundays and bank holiday everything is closed. Except on the coast.
Siesta from 1pm until 5pm !!!!! Everything is closed except big supermarkets (Carrefour, Eroski,...)

Menu del día between 12am and 3pm
In the evening only open as from 8.30pm

Festivities
Celebrates and parties are endless, every Saint is worth a party... Especially we mention the “Semana Santa” (week before Easter). The processions in the bigger cities are unique. But also the procession in Antequera is marvellous! Less “big” but therefore more “charming”: the procession on Eastern Sunday in Almogia.

Feria de Almogía y de Vva de la Concepción | Biggest festivity: see local calendar. This celebration of the patron of the village (the Virgin Mary) normally takes place around the 15th August. Concerts, parties and much decoration of the village start on the Friday and will continue with the "Routa de Tapas" on the Sunday afternoon The festivities culminate with the "Paella Popular" which is provided free to around 500 visitors on the final day of the “feria”.
